Terms Of Business

1) Mylondonlet Limited (The Company) work soley as an agent in the introduction of clients (Tenant/Guest) to the Landlord (Host/Owner)

2) Any agreement is between the lanadlord and Tenant of each "Short Let" arranged, the agent is responsible only for arranging the booking/tenancy and all future responsibilty shall pass to the Landlord and Guest.

 

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING

 

A reservation is not confirmed until such time as payment is received in accordance with our terms at the time of booking and clearance of such funds and a confirmation is sent to the client.

Payment can be made by either Credit Card (Not Amex or Diners) , PayPal, Cash or Bank Transfer, we do not accept Cheques

 

TYPE OF ACCOMODATION

 

The Company Shall provide accomodation of the type specified in the booking form. Niether the Company nor its employees or agents is able to accept bookings for a specific building or a specific apartment in a building; the Company will endevour to provide any specific requested accomodation by the guest but cannot guaruntee that such accomodation will be available for the dates requested.

 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

 

Unless otherwise stated, the normal time for occupation is 3pm on the date of arrival, and the accomodation mnust be vacated by 10am on the date of departure. Should you require an early or late departure this can be arranged subject to availability at an additional cost.

 

PAYMENT

 

We Take a 50% deposit at the time of reservation unless the booking is within 28 days, then we charge the whole amount.

Where no alternative payment method has been agreed we will within 28 days of the guests arrival charge the credit card provided

for the balance of your stay.  The "Company" shall not be obliged to refund these these charges should an alternative payment be requested.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

29 days notice or more prior to booking date - 10% of the whole amount is charged as our handling and administration fee.

 

28 days notice or less - the whole amount is due and will be charged or become payable.


Insurance - we stromgly advise that you take a holiday insurance that will cover for many unforseen events

 

DEPOSITS

 

Mylondonlet Limited do not take a security deposit - any damage or additional cleaning charges will apply and we will charge these to your Card or send a PayPal or other invoice if applicable. We expect all guests to obey by the rules of the hosts and all apartments are expected back in a clean undamaged condition. If a host requires a deposit in addition you will be informed.
